Kick off times can now be any time between 12.30pm and 3pm. This is to allow clubs to host two matches on the same pitch.

Kick off times can be outside that range if agreed in advance between both clubs and match officials. Matches not played under floodlights should kick off early enough for the match (including any extra time and penalties) to be played before sunset.
