The Amateur Football Combination was formed in 2002 through the merger of the Old Boys League and the Southern Olympian League. This created Europe's largest adult male 11-a-side football league with 36 divisions and over 300 teams. In 2007 the League absorbed clubs from the London Financial Football Association which was discontinuing its league competition. In addition, the league has attracted new clubs from around the home counties to make it what it is today.
In addition to the league competition the London Old Boys Cup comes under the umbrella of the AFC. Independent of both the OBFL and the SOL, the LOB was open to 'old boys' clubs across London, mostly playing in the OBFL but with others in the SOL and other leagues. The LOB is now open to all clubs, regardless of origin and league affiliation. While the LOB is a separate body to the AFC its cups act as de facto league cups for the AFC.
The tabs below show the winners of AFC divisions and LOB Cups season by season. If you click on a tab you will see the list of winners plus a link to the final tables for that season.
